At Jennifer Miller Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at returns@jennifermillerjewelry.com with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS or FedEx location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
